You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding our services become our property and may be used without any obligation to you.
Service Limitations and Scope
Our security testing and vulnerability assessment services are provided based on agreed-upon scope and parameters. Testing is conducted only on systems and assets explicitly authorized by the client.
Results and findings are provided as professional assessments based on the testing performed at a specific point in time. Security landscapes evolve continuously, and no assessment can guarantee complete security.
Clients remain responsible for implementing recommendations and maintaining ongoing security practices.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information and assessment results as confidential. However, you acknowledge that certain information may need to be disclosed to fulfill our contractual obligations or comply with legal requirements.
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary methodologies, tools, or processes disclosed during our engagement.
Payment Terms
Fees for our services are specified in your service agreement. Payment is due according to the terms outlined in your agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments. Late payments may be subject to additional charges as permitted by law.
All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement or as required by applicable law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of our services.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that defects will be corrected.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kelamipud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
